Who are the Globalist Elite? An analysis of the Resilient Cities Program and its connection to the Club of Rome – part 1.

By Marica Micallef

Way back in June 2016, the UK Column published an article entitled “The Resilient Cities Programme: Another Threat to Individual Liberties?”[1]

This article is extremely interesting because it not only tackles the connection between the Resilient Cities Program and the Club of Rome [of which I have already written about], but it also shows similar concepts to those of the Smart Cities. What is also interesting is that this program was announced as having ended in April 2019 [which coincidentally corresponds with the date of publishing of “The Club’s Emergency Plan”, a plan I touched upon in another blog], but once we dig deep and read in between the lines, we realise that this program has not ended but it has been normalized or is in the process of being normalized.

What is also interesting in this article is that it mentions the unknown groups behind this program, and their connection to the Club of Rome, although those who appeared as members of the Club, were others. It also refers to the fact that in the new political and economic system of the twenty-first century, there is an ever-increasing number of non-governmental organizations, often working collaboratively in networks, that claim to better represent individuals, or “Civil Society.”

Among these, largely unknown groups wielding influence on the world stage are the G20, G7, the Bilderberg Group, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission (USA), The Ditchley Foundation, the Royal Institution of International Affairs (Chatham House),* the Club of Madrid, and the Club of Rome, which was founded in 1968 at David Rockefeller’s estate in Bellagio, Italy.

*From Daphne Caruana Galizia’s Commentary in one of her blogs dated 28th March 2016:

I remind the readers that although the Club of Rome describes itself as “a group of world citizens united in their concern for humanity’s future”, I had stated that in reality, the Club was made up of very high-ranking individuals. In fact, its current [referring to 2016] and former members include well-known names such as:

Bill Clinton – former President of the United States, founder of the Clinton Global Initiative;

Al Gore – former VP of the United States and leading climate change campaigner;

Maurice Strong – former Head of the UN Environment Programme, Secretary General of the Rio Earth Summit, and co-author (with Gorbachev) of the Earth Charter;

Kofi Annan – former Secretary General of the United Nations;

Gro Harlem Bruntland – United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Change, Director-General of the World Health Organization from 1998 to 2003, member of the Club of Madrid and member of the Bilderberg Group;

Robert Muller – former Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations and creator of the World Core Curriculum;

George Soros – multi-billionaire and major donor to the UN;

Bill Gates – founder of Microsoft, “philanthropist” and member of the Bilderberger Group;

And finally David Rockefeller – Club of Rome executive member, former Chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank, founder of the Trilateral Commission, executive member of the World Economic Forum, Honorary Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations, and member of the Bilderberg Group, whose family controlled 90% of all petroleum refineries in the U.S. by the turn of the 20th century through ownership of the Standard Oil Corporation and whose family created the business of western medicine [Big Pharma & co].[2]

I would like to ask the readers to have these names and organisations imprinted in their minds, together with their interconnections and how they fund each other because here, I have started giving you an insight into the groups and people, to whom I have been referring to as “the Globalist/Capitalist Elite”, “the Cabal” or the Deep State. It is more complex and ancient than this and more names would have to be added. I will give you a deep dive into this and how these oligarchs, who present themselves as “philanthropists” collude with governments and fat cats, to control every single thing you can think of, in future blogs.

This Marxist-dominated globalist cabal emerged in the 1974 Club of Rome report “Mankind at the Turning Point”.[3]

In it, we read:

“Now is the time to draw up a master plan for sustainable growth and world development based on global allocation of all resources and a new global economic system. Ten or twenty years from today it will probably be too late.”
