Today at 6 pm: Come and support Tony Farrugia’s world-record attempt at Armier

Strongman Tony Farrugia will take centre stage at Armier this evening, Saturday 24 October, as he makes an official world-record attempt during DAF Drive Day 2026.

Scheduled for 6 pm at the Armier parking area, Tony’s attempt promises to be a highlight of the event. Taking on a world-record challenge requires determination and courage, and this is an opportunity for the public to come together and cheer him on.

I encourage readers to attend and give Tony their support. Bring your family and friends, arrive in time for the attempt, and help create an atmosphere worthy of the occasion. Having a crowd behind him will make this important moment all the more special.

DAF Drive Day runs from 2 pm to 10 pm, with children’s activities, live music, a DJ and band, food and refreshments. Alongside the trucks and family entertainment, Tony’s challenge gives visitors another reason to head to Armier.

Let us turn out for Tony and wish him every success as he takes on this ambitious challenge.
