BOMBSHELL: Dan Bongino Claims Americans Are About to Learn the Government Lied About COVID Origins
In a fiery exchange on Hannity, conservative commentator Dan Bongino dropped a bombshell, claiming that the American public is on the verge of learning shocking details about how the government allegedly misled the nation regarding the origins of COVID-19.
Fox News host Sean Hannity posed a direct question:
“COVID origins — will we find out information that the government lied to us?”
Bongino did not hold back.
“You’re damn right you are. We’re all over that,” he responded, suggesting an active investigation is underway.
Pressing further, Hannity asked the obvious follow-up:
“They purposely lied to the American people?”
Bongino paused briefly and then affirmed:
“Well, you’re going to find out. Yeah, listen, that’s the one I am the most optimistic about.”
He added that he had personally taken steps to reopen the investigation:
“It was pretty clear on my social media account that I immediately ordered that case to be looked into again. We have a great investigator on it, and I think we should see action on that one shortly.”
Bongino’s comments come amid growing scrutiny over the early handling of the pandemic, the role of intelligence agencies, and questions surrounding gain-of-function research and the Wuhan Institute of Virology. His claims could have sweeping implications for public trust and governmental accountability if proven true.
