Manuel Delia publicly states that he will defy court orders

Manuel Delia uploaded  an article against Magistrate Rachel Montebello’s decree, delivered on 28th December 2020. He is one of those hit by the magistrate decree. I will not delve into his case. But what struck me in his article is the fact that he wrote that he will be ignoring the  court recommendations in the case of Yorgen Fenech.

Manuel Delia is one of those who feigns  to be the defender of the rule of law in Malta . But from his message, it transpires that his cronies are prepared  to back rule of law only until the actions taken are in their favour. When the law applied goes contrary to their understanding and personal interests then, Manuel Delia openly declares that he will be ignoring the court’s recommendation! Apparently in Delia’s books rule of law is applicable as long as it does not interfere with his agenda.

According to Delia, he has a the divine right to write about Yorgen Fenech’s case but others do not. What a travesty.
