END THE MADNESS: BIOLOGICAL SEX MUST MATTER IN MALTESE PRISONS

Malta is at the bottom of the European pile when it comes to women’s rights, crushed underfoot by the LGBTransvestiteQ ideology.
A Scottish court has delivered a clear judgment that exposes the insanity of our main political parties in Malta in promoting transvestite nonsense. Lady Ross ruled this month that guidance allowing biological males who identify as women to enter the female prison estate is unlawful. The decision rests on biological sex. It follows the UK Supreme Court’s earlier finding that “woman” means biological female.
This ruling is wise. It places the safety of female prisoners first. Many women behind bars have already suffered sexual abuse or violence from men. Placing male-bodied prisoners among them creates obvious risks. Close confinement leaves little room for error.
Statistics back the concern. Trans-identifying males in Scottish prisons show sexual offence rates far above the general male prison population. Individual risk assessments have failed to prevent incidents in the past. The court recognised that biology cannot be wished away, contrary to what the MLP and PN claim in Malta.
The ruling strengthens single-sex spaces in Scotland. It protects vulnerable women from predictable harm. It also sends a wider message. Where safety depends on sex, self-declaration is not enough.
Malta operates under a very different rule. A biological male prisoner who states he is a woman has his word accepted. The government must place him in the female estate if he has changed his legal gender identity. No robust biological safeguard stands in the way.
This policy puts Maltese women prisoners at unnecessary risk. Male strength and patterns of male offending do not disappear with a declaration. Female prisoners, often already traumatised, lose the basic protection of single-sex accommodation.
Malta’s two main political parties have chosen the wrong path for years. They have kowtowed to the gay and transvestite agenda. They have treated self-identification as an absolute right. Women’s safety has come second.
The Scottish judgment shows a better way. Prison policy must rest on biological reality, not feelings. Single-sex spaces exist for good reason. They exist to shield the physically weaker sex from male violence.
Our women deserve that same protection. Malta’s leaders should stop following ideology. They should study the Scottish ruling. They should change course before harm occurs.
Biological males belong in male prisons. Female prisoners need female-only facilities. Anything less fails the test of basic fairness and common sense. The Scottish court has spoken. Malta should listen.
