A Maltese person recounts how the vaccine affected her and her father, who sadly, passed away:

[I did not take the booster because after taking the first two doses, my hands nerves have ended up really bad. I am spending whole days experiencing huge pain in my hands that goes up to my heart, apart from headaches and fatigue. I have been going on like this since June. Apart from that, my healthy father that hadn’t anything, passed away at his workplace three months after taking the vaccine, with heart thrombosis.
