Why do the unvaccinated have less distressful symptoms than the vaccinated when they catch Covid?

A post on Facebook questions why vaccinated people are still catching Covid and being rushed to hospital with breathing problems while non-vaccinated people who caught Covid, were not affected or aggrieved by any symptoms.

[Good morning. I would like to ask something. How come vaccinated people still catching the “virus” and are suffering badly to breathe? I have some friends that do not tolerate the face mask and a friend of mine was rushed to hospital suffering from breathlessness. He could not even drink. I know unvaccinated people that caught the “virus” and they were not aggrieved by any symptoms. What is happening?]
