Should Australia’s eSafety Commissioner (an unelected official) have authority over all countries on Earth?

The Australia eSafety Commissioner has demanded that X censor material, which she disagreed with. The Australian eSafety Commissioner, who is an activist, disagreed with views expressed towards a trans person. On her part, she insisted that she would continue to span her role to force her views.  

This led Elon Mask to tweet the following message:

Musk said that following her request, X has already censored the content in question for Australia. However, he is pending legal appeal, and in the meantime, the censored material was stored only on servers in the USA.

What is happening in Australia is happening in Europe and Malta. This is a problem that we have here in Malta. I am in court battling against this mentality that if you criticize these views, you are accused of slander by Mifsud and Mifsud’s lawyers, activists in Roberta Metsola’s party.
