BILL GATES WARNS THAT “CONSTANT MONITORING” MAY BE NEEDED — AND THE NEXT PANDEMIC COULD BE WORSE

He noted that the world has not yet built such a system.
He then added that another pandemic is likely — and that it could be even worse than COVID-19. The question is: where is the line between sensible public-health protection and a future of constant surveillance?
