Andrew James Bridgen has served as an MP for North West Leicestershire for the Conservative party since 2010. However, he was expelled from the Conservative Party in April 2023 after criticising the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines and claimed that an Israeli cardiologist told him it constitutes “the biggest crime against humanity since the Holocaust”.
