The accused is telling the truth: it was a crime of passion!

This site was the first to have said that the murder of Sandra Ramirez was a crime of passion. This was stated immediately after the murder. This assumption was based on evidence that was available on the Facebook page of the presumed assassin. It is now emerging in court that the accused has proposed to marry Sandra Ramirez, but Sandra appears to have been having a double life.

The fact remains that the accused is telling the truth. I was criticized for bringing these facts out. Now, the media is recognizing what ‘he says’ is true. This site published screenshots from his Facebook page showing the type of relationship that the accused, Fabian Garcia, sought to build with the assassinated girl. This evidence was extracted from the Facebook page of Sandra Ramirez. Now, all this evidence has been erased or deleted. Even though it is now all gone, one hopes that the Police have a copy.

Ramirez posted that he wanted to marry Garcia on 29th November 2023. Afterwards, she sent flower messages to Garcia. Let’s remember that The Times news reported that Garcia told the Police they were to get married. Then, the girl started to date someone else. After agreeing to marry him, she claimed that she was unhappy and started another affair. While this is taken as usual in our culture, the same does not hold in other cultures. Does this justify a murder? Of course not. But also, it does not justify that our lawmakers replace the concept of a crime of passion with femicide. This new concept will not solve anything or help in this case. It will make the legal proceedings of this case more complex and complicated.

  1. By just Listening to what the accused had to say, or better say qouting him, the verdict is reached = paq-pum. the qourt, the law, justice can stop and jifrankaw il-hin u lispejes.

  2. issa jekk kienx Femicidju u jekk kienx a CRIME OF PASSION qatt ma kellu jnehhila hajjita . issa jiehu dka li haqqu
