Most gender-confused children grow out of it. A landmark 15-year study conducted in the Netherlands concludes and confirms what critics have been saying all along that being trans is usually just a phase for most kids, and that mental health problems lie at the heart of most of those who declare that they are suffering from gender dysphoria. 

The report states that though at ten years of age, 10% of gender-confused children were willing to undergo hormone therapy, by age 25, just one-in-25 (4 percent) said they ‘often’ or ‘sometimes’ were discontent with their gender.

The researchers concluded: ‘The results of the current study might help adolescents to realize that it is normal to have some doubts about one’s identity and one’s gender identity during this age period and that this is also relatively common.’ 

According to the findings, females were more likely to report being unhappy with their gender and both increasing and decreasing ‘non-contentedness’ were associated with lower self-reported self worth, more behavioral problems and an increase in emotional struggles.  

The authors said: ‘Gender non-contentedness, while being relatively common during early adolescence, in general decreases with age and appears to be associated with a poorer self-concept and mental health throughout development.’  

This latest study is the latest in a growing body of scientific literature advocating a revision of gender treatment particularly where it involves minors. 

Yet despite this growing evidence, the medical industry abetted by the politicians, the so-called gender “treatment” involving hormonal drugs has become a multi-billion dollar industry in its own right with doctors even caught openly boasting that sex-alignment surgeries and the subsequent life-long medical treatment are “huge money makers”. 

In a previous article I had reported that internal leaks from within the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) demonstrate that it is anything but a scientific body and has all the hallmarks of a criminal enterprise. 

The harm being committed to these vulnerable children is irreversible and permanent, and most of them will eventually despise us for allowing them to go along with it. The adults have not only failed to protect the children but actively advocated their mutilation and irreversible harm. 

I appeal to our authorities and our Children’s commissioner to take the growing body of evidence seriously and to put the true interests of children before those of either business or ideology. We have harmed too many children already.
