Hillary Clinton described Tucker Carlson as a “useful idiot” and a “puppy dog”

Local and international media spoke about the interversion that the former Fox News journalist, Tucker Carlson, obtained from Vladimir Putin. The fact that an American journalist interviewed Putin did not go down well with the American Democrats. The twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton called Tucker Carlson a “useful idiot” and a “puppy dog.” She even implied that the Russians were paying Carlson.

The way Hillary Clinton described Carlson brought a mixed reaction. Some did not appreciate this fact and stated that it was mad for Hillary to describe Carlson that way. Carlson was doing his job as a journalist. When politicians like Hillary Clinton make such statements, it shows that Carlson is doing the right thing. This is what Hillary Clinton said:

“He’s like a puppy dog. You know? He somehow has been fired from so many outlets in the United States.”

“He says things that are not true. He parrots Vladimir Putin’s pack of lies about Ukraine.”

Hillary Clinton is mad at him because the Democrats want the Western public to hear only one version of the facts, which is their version of facts. In Maltese, we have the expression “li tisma qanpiena waħda”, or to hear just one bell.

Ironically, staff of the American Embassy in Malta supporting democratic ideals and principals organized courses for local journalists in the past. They even endorsed journalists like Manuel Delia against what they claimed to be attacks against them from politicians, keyboard warriors and Fascists. I don’t know how this staff of the local American Embassy would rate such an attack by Hillary Clinton on Carlson. Would they describe Hillary Clinton as a Fascist?

With or without Carlson’s interview, the Russian economy is doing well and today is one of the largest in Europe. The sanctions did not work. Russia is outperforming the West in economic growth. The Russian military has decimated the arms provided by the West to Ukraine. What this interview did is to unmask the lies that are being said about this war by America and the EU. Ursula von der Leyen lied to Europeans.
