What will be the repercussions on nations with the international Treaty of WHO?

According to the WHO, “there will be other pandemics and other major health emergencies” and thus, countries must be better prepared to “predict, prevent, detect, assess and effectively respond to pandemics in a highly coordinated fashion.” Thus, WHO believes that “nations should work together towards a new, international treaty for pandemic preparedness and response.”
On 25th February 2021, EU leaders called for the need for global cooperation in order to address current and future health threats. Thus, these leaders all agreed to work on “an international treaty on pandemics within the WHO framework and to advance global health security.” (An international treaty on pandemic prevention and preparedness – Consilium (europa.eu)). http://www.consilium.europa.eu.
Later, on 30 March 2021, leaders from all around the world joined the President of the European Council Charles Michel, and WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, in an open call for an international treaty on pandemics. This treaty is about pandemic prevention and preparedness while on 1 December 2021, “the 194 members of the World Health Organization (WHO) reached consensus to kickstart the process to draft and negotiate a convention, agreement or another international instrument under the Constitution of the World Health Organization to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. According to the reportage by Reuters, “a draft resolution on negotiations could be presented to the WHO’s 194 member states at their annual meeting in May”, meaning May 2022. This was told by Tedros in a press conference.
The European website informs us that “an intergovernmental negotiating body will now be constituted and will hold its first meeting by 1 March 2022 (to agree on ways of working and timelines) and its second by 1 August 2022 (to discuss progress on a working draft). It will then deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, with the aim to adopt the instrument by 2024.” Since the draft had to be ready by 1st August 2022, then why was the date moved with the draft being presented by May 2022? Why are they speeding up the process?
In a joint opinion piece in major newspapers, the leaders wrote that “There will be other pandemics and other major health emergencies” and “No single government or multilateral agency can address this threat alone.” So, are we heading for more pandemics?
Is the upcoming treaty, another reason why global leaders have lifted Covid-19 restrictions? Is something being prepared behind the scenes? We all know that this is not the first time that countries have had restrictions eased in the past two years. The fact that all countries are easing restrictions up till May, including Malta which “coincidentally” happen to be just before the election, should be raising some concerns.
With the WHO holding an emergency meeting and deliberations in Geneva, in order to “expand its ability to target” all member states in the event of a pandemic or other threats, does this means that WHO will take precedence over a country’s constitution during natural disasters, health threats or pandemics? Since All member states seem to be asked to agree to this, will Malta agree too, being a member state? Neither our government nor our media did report about this and give the information needed to the public.
This is what will happen according to Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, a former employee of WHO, who stated that WHO has turned into an international organisation, more like a company with countries as its subsidiaries. It is funded by GAVI, led by Bill Gates, which can do exactly what they want.
Stuckelberg said that the WHO wields enormous power over countries. “Before, all countries were free. But now, when I do interviews around the world, I see that each country is part of a ‘WHO company’. WHO is no longer a democratic organization. The various governments form the basis of the ‘enterprise’. It logically agrees with what is happening now, since the ‘companies’ want money, business, and to control people. It’s like slavery. The taxes we pay, go to governments that are subject to ‘the company’. Under the multinational organizations, such as GAVI.” She warns that the fate of nations will now be under WHO and GAVI, if all global leaders sign this treaty by May 2022.
