Climate Change and geoengineering: is Malta part of this bigger picture?

What is geoengineering or climate engineering? If one has to google it, the definition given is “it is the deliberate large-scale intervention in the Earth’s natural systems to slow down or reverse the effects of climate change.” The focus in it is two-fold: carbon dioxide removal and solar engineering.
The question is: is it ethical? Shall we keep on buying the narrative that it is humans that are increasingly influencing the climate and the earth’s temperature by burning fossil fuels, cutting down forests and farming livestock and greenhouse gases?
In a video released back in 2019 by CBNC, [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WR6uSXW-8p4], we are told that Bill Gates is funding and backing Solar Geoengineering[1] – a highly controversial high-altitude experiment whereby an aerosol will be released in the atmosphere in order to reflect the sun’s light, in place of normal heat reflectors, like ice glaciers. Its purpose is to mimic a giant volcanic eruption, which will cool the earth. On the positive side, if this is done in a controlled way, it could reduce the heat intensity of the sun, the rate of sea-level rise, and the intensity of tropical storms.
BUT, it also comes with significant risks and uncertainties. Things like MASS FAMINE, MASS FLOODING, DROUGHT of kinds that will affect very large populations will be on the rise. Isn’t it what we are witnessing now already? It would also weaken monsoons in India. It could ERADICATE THE BLUE SKY.
Alan Robock, a climate scientist from Rutgers University state that once this is stopped from being injected, after a year the cloud is gone and we get A RAPID WARMING AT A RATE MUCH FASTER THAN IF NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE.
So who is causing this rapid climate change? Humanity, as we are being made to believe by the governments and the media, or the global elite via geoengineering and solar engineering? Is Bill Gates a philanthropist as he wants to portray he is, by also funding the covid-19 vaccines, or is he part of the problem, believing that he is a god to manipulate the weather and part of the global elite? In the simulations done so far, it was found that China got warmer and drier relative to the past when you stabilize global temperature while India has got cooler and wetter.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has also accused Western governments “of geo-manipulation of the Earth’s environment through chemical spraying operations designed to alter the world’s climate and poison the population, claiming that the spraying of chemicals into the Earth’s atmosphere via chemtrails is funded by corporations and sanctioned by governments. Putin said that he was “deeply concerned” about the “uneducated risks” of altering our planet’s climate and that it posed a “monumental threat” that was “against nature” and all in the pursuit of “population control and profit”, adding that it is a serious assault and it goes against nature.“[2]
The spraying in our God-given skies, with planes leaving chemtrails behind, on purpose to control weather warfare, is real and it is done even locally.
