Was the phone of Yorgen Fenech cloned? David Casa may provide the answer with his request for the publication of the transcripts of the inquiry.
David Casa put up a post asking the Government to publish all the transcripts of the witnesses. His post is as follows:

But what does this really mean? Does he want all the transcripts of the testimonies published? Is he not aware that there were testimonies given behind closed doors? If I remember correctly, he was one of those who did so. Does he want those testimonies given behind closed doors to be rendered public?
True to character, David Casa is ambiguous when he writes that he hopes that the testimonies of those who appeared before the Board should be rendered public. Casa has not actually read the Report otherwise he would not make such a request or at least he would be candid as to what he wants to be published, had he just read the Terms of Reference.
Para 5 pg 10 clearly outlines when and why testimony is to be allowed behind closed doors and Para 1 pg 11 states that regarding the publication of the report, the board is empowered to withhold revealing passages in order to safeguard personal data, public security, national security, investigative or future or current criminal procedures and where revealing or the publication of such information can endanger physically somebody it must clearly indicate those passages that are not to be published…
… Should the Board decide that it is necessary to withhold revealing parts of its report, the Board is bound to allow the family of the deceased [woman] the opportunity to read the report in full without any restrictions yet without being given copy of the same with the parts withheld and on condition that they are bound not to divulge those parts which are withheld….
So I am surprised how Casa is making such an appeal. The least he can do is clarify what he means by “all testimonies given before the Board of Inquiry to be rendered public”. Does he also want to include the testimony given by himself? If I am not mistaken, Casa gave part of his testimony behind closed doors. So why does he not lead by example and render public that part of his testimony that he gave behind closed doors? He should lead by example and not by half-baked requests which are not constructive in any way. In other words, if David Casa wants to be more transparent, he should set the example by asking that all his testimony, including that given behind closed doors, is rendered public.
The publication of all testimonies would be really interesting because one would know whether, behind closed doors, the three judges were given information about the mobile phone of Yorgen Fenech and whether it had been cloned or not. If this is true, the person who cloned it had free rein to tamper with the phone and the chat messages inside it. This was done by accessing the backup storage of the phone on the cloud and then, downloading the data, making changes and uploading it again into the cloud of Yorgen’s phone. This makes it difficult for police experts to prove whether or not the data has been tampered with.
If this piece of information is true, this is an abuse of power. For this reason, I endorse Casa’s request and I really hope that all the transcripts are rendered public. If this piece of information is true, it is something beyond belief and proves my point that Yorgen Fenech has been framed up from start to finish.
