Epic Mobile Network Disrupted in Northern Malta After Cable Is Cut

Part of Epic’s mobile network in the northern region of Malta was disrupted for around an hour after a workman accidentally cut through an underground cable.

The incident affected mobile services across parts of northern Malta, with customers reporting connectivity problems during the outage. The disruption appears to have been caused during works when the cable was unintentionally severed.

Repairs are expected to restore normal service once the damaged cable is fixed.
