Edwina Grima’s sentence confirms that Malta is the land of Gaħan
I saw this comment on Facebook regarding Edwina Grima’s sentence against Fr. David Muscat. I am publishing it because it proves how dangerous this sentence is to our fundamental right to free speech. As shown in a separate article, the prosecution maneuvered the case and changed the judge when it was nearing its end. So instead of continuing to be heard by Consuelo Scerri Herrera, the appeal against Fr. Muscat ended up being listened to by Edwina Grima. At least, Edwina Grima’s sentence proved that we live in the land of Gaħan. And here is why:
