Jamie Forbes died 34 days after receiving the Janssen Covid-19 vaccine which caused her pulmonary embolism.

Jamie K. Forbes received the Janssen Covid-19 vaccine on 4th November 2022. She died thirty four days later, on the 8th of December 2022, from pulmonary embolism. She was 46 years old.
