At the Davos Annual Meeting, there was Tony Blair. In his contribution, he has called for “digital infrastructures” to monitor who is vaccinated and who is not for the “vaccines that will come down the line”:

“You need to know who’s been vaccinated and who hasn’t been. Some of the vaccines that will come on down the line will be multiple shots. So you got to have the reasons to do with the healthcare more generally but certainly for a pandemic and for vaccines you have to got a proper digital infrastructure and many countries don’t have it. In fact most countries don’t have that.”

This is not conspiracy theory. This is real talk and what is going to take place in the future. I concurre with Kathy Clancy:
