Is the case below one of those “other reasons” referred to by Profs Gauci when she said that people are being hospitalised for “other reasons”?

[I have just returned home from Mater Dei hospital where my father-in-law is losing his battle against the venom that was injected in him.

The first and the second dose did not put much stress on his health… but … with the booster he developed multi organ inflammatory syndrome… although in hospital they don’t want to admit that the booster is the cause… but when I tried to corner them asking them what was the cause, they were evading giving a clear answer.

Now we have administered him the extreme unction and we are waiting for him to pass away from one moment to the next.I will go again, but only a miracle can save him.]
