The video which shows how The Times turns criminals into heroes: my solidarity with all prison wardens and staff

The Sunday Times carried a story by Matthew Xuereb, wherein he interviewed a former prisoner who made a number of allegations against the current situation in the Maltese prison.

The truth is that it was under the care of the current prison director that drug trafficking into prison was completely stopped. This fact seems to have irritated a few individuals who were benefitting from drug trafficking in prison.

In reaction to the interview that The Times of Malta carried with this former inmate, One News uploaded a video wherein this ex-inmate is heard threatening, swearing, and challenging the prison wardens. This contradicts what this ex-inmate stated to Matthew Xuereb, wherein he said that anybody who challenges the prison wardens, would be beaten up by the wardens.

I suggest to the reader to listen to this video recording and judge himself or herself the stress that the prison wardens have to experience in their day-to-day job.

Then, the publication of such a video was described by The Times as an attempt to discredit their source. For this reason, this article in the Sunday Times is clearly a typical woke story.
