What game is being played behind the Covid19 vaccines?

Before the vaccine roll out, the health authorities used to tell us that once a citizen is tested positive for Covid-19, that citizen must quarantine for 14 days so to prevent the transmission of the virus. Common sense has it that once a citizen is injected with the Covid-19 vaccine, which should possess the virus itself, then that citizen should be told to quarantine for another 14 days, especially after the first dose, so to prevent transmission of whatever he was injected with. Yet, this was not done and the vaccinated people were allowed to go back to work and resume their daily routine, unless they experienced side-effects from the same vaccine.
People were made to believe that once they receive the vaccine, they will help the world to heal from the virus. Little do they know, that so far, it MIGHT NOT be necessary for them to quarantine IF they are exposed to Covid-19 once they are FULLY vaccinated, meaning, having received both doses. Yet, the CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention) has stated that people who are fully vaccinated PROBABLY don’t need to quarantine after exposure to COVID-19. The word “probably” is enough to induce uncertainty. It is shocking to read that “Experts say the vaccines have proven to be highly effective at preventing serious disease, although the research isn’t conclusive yet on how well vaccines stop transmission of the virus.”[1]
In an interview by Healthline, Dr Yvonne Maldonado, a professor of global health and infectious diseases at Stanford University in California, said
“The data from the studies that were done show that … for the Pfizer vaccine, people are 95 percent protected 7 days after their second dose, and for the Moderna vaccine people are 94 percent protected 14 days after their second dose.”[2]
So, if we take this statement by Dr Maldonado, why weren’t those who were administered the Pfizer vaccine ordered to quarantine for seven days after receiving the first dose? And why weren’t those who received the Moderna vaccine, ordered to quarantine for 14 days after the second dose? What game is being played here?
